What we collect

Kaiwora may collect account identity, company details, billing identifiers, contact requests, product usage and the engineering data you explicitly connect to the service.

Engineering data

Customer source code, requirements, engineering knowledge and run evidence are customer-scoped. They are not shared with other customers and are not used to train foundation models. Optional contribution of customer-approved knowledge to Kaiwora is off by default and remains subject to separate review.

Payments

Payment card data is collected and processed by Stripe. Kaiwora stores billing identifiers and subscription state, not full card numbers.

Service providers

We use infrastructure and service providers necessary to operate Kaiwora, including cloud hosting, database, payment and email providers. Processing is limited to service delivery and security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and contractual retention requirements. Contact contact@kaiwora.com.

International users

Where required, Kaiwora uses appropriate safeguards for international data transfers. This English policy is the controlling version.
