Service

Kaiwora provides governed AI engineering workflows, including integrations, private engineering knowledge, execution, validation and evidence. Customers remain responsible for reviewing and approving software changes before production use.

Plans and billing

The Free plan includes 1 active repository and 10 governed runs per month and requires payment-method verification. It does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. Paid plans are Team (£49/month, 3 active repositories), Business (£199/month, 10 active repositories), and Scale (£499/month, 25 active repositories). Enterprise pricing and capacity are agreed separately.

Unlimited runs and fair use

Paid-plan “Unlimited governed runs” is subject to reasonable fair-use, concurrency, maximum-runtime, abuse-prevention and capacity controls. It does not guarantee unlimited simultaneous compute. Internal model calls, validation steps and bounded repair within a governed execution are not separate customer runs.

Customer data

You retain ownership of your source code and customer-provided content. You grant Kaiwora the limited rights necessary to operate the service. Cross-customer sharing of private customer data is prohibited by the service design.

Acceptable use

You must have authority to connect repositories, ticket systems and data, and must not use the service unlawfully or to interfere with the service or other customers.

Cancellation

You can manage or cancel a paid subscription through your Kaiwora account billing controls. Cancellation stops future renewal; access may continue until the end of the paid period.
